Police in Lira is holding a Ugandan and three Tanzanian nationals suspected to be a part of a gang of thugs operating in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The four men were arrested with several master keys which police think they were using to access guest houses, business premises and even vehicles.
