Acting head of civil service Francis Kimemia has reiterated that the government will not tolerate illegal groupings in the country.Kimemia says organized criminal groups will be dealt with in accordance with the law, and expressed concern that the high court ruling lifting the ban on the Mombasa Republican Council-MRC could embolden other illegal entities to start harassing innocent Kenyans under the guise of exercising their rights.
