Here's a little peak into how I do the backings on most of my tufted rug wall hangings.
Step by step breakdown :
- fold in cut edges (approx 2cm)
- hot glue a small piece of wood where I plan on having my hook
- choose felt and cut to approx. shape
- spray glue the felt to the back in a well ventilated area
- trim felt edges and hot glue them in place
- screw in my hook
- hot glue my tag
