Creating corridors at intersections in Civil 3D is very boring and tedious job. Here is small application/utility that I made to help completing corridors at intersections in AutoCAD Civil 3D. You just have to select to select the Curb Return, its profile and alignments of intersecting roads and their profiles. Hope you will like it.
