Do you now that beef or buffalo tongue meat is very juicy & delicious? 70+ years old 3 brothers grandpa cook today 40 KG buffalo tongue meat kosha curry to serve food to old age, poor & physically challenged unfortunate people of village community.

This buffalo tongue called in Bengali "Mohisher Jibba" and really delicious meat.

First grandpa boiled water and then they clean the tongue using hot water. After that they cutting the tongue meat into very small small pieces.

Then they added all types spice ingredient and started cooking delicious tongue meat kosha curry.

After finish cooking 3 grandpa eating together and then they make packet of food. Then they visit all of those house and give them delicious food packet with new dress for some unfortunate people.
