On the 15 April 2004 a girl sadly fell 120ft to her death on Hydro a Shoot The Chute log flume located at Oakwood theme park. Hydro opened to the public in 2002, however the name of the ride changed in 2011 to Drenched after the devastating accident. In this video I cover how the accident occurred and their remedial actions.
