CHIEF COMMANDER EVANGELIST (PROF.) EBENEZER OBEY FABIYI (MFR) will be 80 on Sunday, April 3, Year 2022.

He was born on Friday, April 3rd, 1942 under the zodiac sign of Aries.

He was born to an Egba Yoruba ethic background and family. He is of the Owu sub group of Egba land in Western Nigerian State of Ogun.

OBEY whose real names are Ebenezer Remilekun Aremu Olasupo Fabiyi, was born in Idogo, Ogun State, Nigeria of Egba Yoruba ethnic background and he is of the revered Owu subgroup.

Beginning his professional career in the 50s, OBEY have remained a Constant Star in Music and Entertainment business in Africa and across the world in the last 6 decades with over 200 ever green albums to his credit, and coming to 80 in April 2022, he has earned himself the remarkable honor of being a LIVING LEGEND OF THE ARTS.

He is the creator of Juju Miliki and Chairman, Ebenezer Obey Musical Group.

Married to JULIANA OLAIDE OLUFADE later known as Lady Evangelist JULIANA OBEY FABIYI of blessed memory, the couple both raised 7 lucky children and many grand children and great grand children.

Asabe Afrika TV team presented a Special 80th Birthday frame to the Musical Icon on Thursday December 30th of Year 2021 as a form of appreciation for his musical philosophies that has aided many young men into credible adulthood.

This should equally mark the beginning of a Great Celebration in honor of the man that every one calls Baba Commander.
