Samanak- سمنک
Wash properly 3 kg of wheat (from 3 kg of wheat we can have 10 litres of Samanak)
Wash 2-3 times with cold water
Soak in cold water for 2-3 days
AFTER 2 DAYS
Take out of the water
Put to the muslin fabric and tie up tightly
leave it so for 2-3 days
during these 2-3 days, sprinkle with water twice a day
AFTER 3 DAYS
After 3 days roots must grow
Time to lay the wheat on the table
leave it on the table for 7-8 days and sprinkle with cold water 3 times a day
