We spent a lovely afternoon exploring Madrid by air! The cable car (Teleférico de Madrid) is a great way to see the city skyline, the expansive Casa de Campo park, and the nearby Sierra mountains. The journey lasted 11 minutes each way, and gave us a great opportunity to visit the middle of the park (which rewarded us with more delightful views and an awesome playground!).
We highly recommend the cable car ride when you visit Madrid... it's great for kids of any age!
