Why I like VW more than Skoda?

Because VW acknowledged my love for the brand in many ways including giving me a protocol to raise a genuine issue to the management straight. Their Brand Director, Ashish Gupta Ji gave me time to explain how a VW car is made at the plant. Who does that for a customer?

I feel confident recommending a VW more than a Skoda because I know no one there in case a community member needs genuine help.

In Punjab, I sometimes get involved directly & request an additional discount/accessory/better service because of my circle within Punjab with VW. There is mutual respect because they know I don’t do this for money.
