Part 2 of her FREE Pool cardio and toning Interval Workout. This workout can be done after Part 1, or it can be done as a "stand alone" workout". We will do this pool workout in a declining pyramid interval fashion. We start with 60 seconds on each move then decrease the time, but increase the intensity as we move through each cycle.
