Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky says his forces are preparing a counter-offensive to liberate areas of Ukraine occupied by Russia.
Speaking during a news conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz – Mr Zelenskyy welcomed more military support from Berlin after the German government promised Kyiv further arms deliveries worth 2.7 billion euros.
