The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is usually home base for us. The center strip location is great for trekking to other popular Vegas strip hotels where we can gamble to our hearts’ content and get our fill of Las Vegas restaurant faves like Julian Serrano Tapas at Aria and Snacks at Bellagio. But the walk can be daunting with peak-season crowds, temperatures over 100 degrees and even wind and rain. Sometimes, we choose not to leave our hotel. This new Vegas walkthrough changes everything!
