FAN MAIL CAN BE ANYTHING .. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE LOTTERY TICKETS..
All lottery tickets mailed to me will be scratched on camera and then mailed back to the sender (Winners and losers).
For every piece of fan mail received at my PO Box you will get 1 entry into a drawing for a $30 ticket scratch, with the prizes to be split with me (Patty's Chance). The winner will receive half of the prizes won during the live ticket scratch UP TO $250 max! Anything above $250 is the sole ownership of Patty's Chance. There is no guarantee of a prize payout (if all the tickets scratched for the contest winner are losing tickets, there is nothing to be won) Contest runs from the 1st day of each month to the last day of the month. Mail that is received will be counted in the month they are received by me (Patty's Chance). Each month is a new month, and entries will start over every month. Money won is sent via U.S. Funds.I am not responsible for exchange fees to other countries.
