i found some wild boar chops at my butcher and I had to try them,,,, these were so good.... I also made a mushroom peppercorn sauce,,,, this was such a great combo...... and thanks to @BryanMcGowan for making a surprise visit to the house, so I said you had to be in the video then,,,,lol
