20 DINARS 1992 (p88): Commemorative issue celebrating 5th anniversary of Democracy and State of Rights (7 Nov 1987) with flying dove and "Tunisia above all" inscription in arabic on the reverse. Horseman with sword aka Heyreddin Pasha (Khayr-ed-Din Pasha)--a beloved reformer during Ottoman controlled Tunisia in 1800's. Sidi Mehrez Mosque and the Palace of Chamber of Deputies in the background.
