The age of the state may not matter when it comes to performance and newest state Andhra Pradesh is proving it again and again. AP topped the Ease of Doing Business Rankings 2018 followed by another Telugu speaking state Telangana. Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, which in coordination with World Bank factored in user feedback along with the effective implementation of campaigns. The Business Reforms Action Plan has in toto 372 action points. Andhra Padesh government has successfully implemented 90% of the reforms of the 372 points.

Some of the reforms include construction permits, electricity permits, property registrations, commencing new businesses and others. land clearances, and single window clearance for industries. In 2016 AP and Telangana have share the top rank in Ease of Doing Business.



Though the central government is not supporting in terms of bifurcation issues, AP is struggling amidst bifurcation issues and unable to cope with the situations. Despite that AP is giving a run for its competitors including Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Taminlandu.
