Sotheby's London Evening sale of Impressionist & Modern Art brought a total of £121.9 million. The top lot of the evening was Claude Monet's iconic 'Nymphéas' ('Water lilies') which sold for £31.7 million. Piet Mondrian's masterpiece from 1927, 'Composition with Red, Blue and Grey', achieved £15.2 million. From the Collection of Ralph C. Wilson, Jr., a group of four exquisite works brought a combined total of £20.8 million.
