Did you forget about this clone ARC Trooper? ARC trooper Hammer was seen briefly during the battle of Kamino. We see Hammer in the Hangar, and at the end when Fives and Echo are made ARC troopers. Hammer has very similar armor to Commander Colt, so it's easy to miss him!
