Easy No Oil Vegan Butter! This recipe was inspired by @CookingWithPlants This recipe for no oil vegan butter is so easy and uses only 5 ingredients. The best part is that it is whole food plant based and has no nuts or oil!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 cup cooked cauliflower
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. Psyllium husks powder
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a nutra bullet or something similar and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass container and refrigerate until firm.
This Easy No Oil Vegan Butter can be used on toast or baked potatoes etc. Enjoy!
