KARACHI (June 20): Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah launched S-4 Project - 183 No Plate Recognition Cameras integrated with E&T, CPLC, NADRA, AVLC, installed at 40 Toll Plazas, including 18 in Karachi. It has control at CPO. It’ll help to arrest over 80,000 absconders & reduce Vehicular Crime.
