I am a certified Holistic Life Coach, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner, Reiki Master and Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.. and I am here to help you break free from limits, rewrite your story and live your Divine Truth!

After going through my trifecta of trauma in the span of a few years (my brother passed away from an allergic reaction to a prescription drug, I was r*ped, and I hit black ice and flipped and rolled my car 4x)... I was desperate for freedom!

I already had extreme anxiety, insecurities and unworthiness, so when all my trauma happened I knew I had to do something to find a way to enjoy my life and make the positive impact I’d always dreamed about.

I spent more than the last decade committed to finding answers. Focusing full-time on my inner healing, while traveling the world to train with different coaches and healers, ultimately searching for ways to find happiness, confidence and freedom HOLISTICALLY.

Now I help other women do the same with my signature programs focused on deep INNER healing to create lasting OUTER changes. I believe we're all powerful enough to overcome ANYTHING - and the subconscious holds the key!
