I was skeptical at first as I am not sure what to expect with this recipe but it turns out pretty good! The texture is similar to my Japanese Cotton Cheesecake. Cottony, fluffy and melts in your mouth.
Ingredients:
6 EGGS
110 G SUGAR
1/4 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
110 G LIGHT CHEDDAR CHEESE
110 ml FRESH MILK
110 G UNSALTED BUTTER
110 G CAKE FLOUR / TOP FLOUR
Preheat your oven at 130°c and bake it at 150°c for 60 minutes in water bath. (Pls take note on this as the video has typo error on the baking temp part)
