Bad idler pulley?

UPDATE: The service I did was the valve cover seal as well as oil filter housing seal. The latter were leaking pretty bad and the whole front of the engine was soaked in oil. I removed fan, radiator and most of the things on the front of the engine itself, that included the removal of the accessory belt and the idler pulley. I didn't install the new ones after I was done with the service, but reused the original ones which seemed to be in ok condition for another few years.
The noise seen in the video went away few weeks ago.
