Hi. I'm Attorney Andre' Ramsay, your worker's compensation attorney. What does no fault liability mean? Georgia's a no fault state when people get hurt at work. Andre’ earned a bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Studies, with a minor in Business Administration from Florida State University. As an undergraduate student, Andre’ was one of 16 students chosen from 23 states for the Florida State University College of Law National Summer Law Program. Andre’ later earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Andre’ competed in the American Bar Association Client Interviewing and Counseling competition where he placed in the "National Top-6" after winning the Regional competition. Andre’ also founded the Caribbean Law Students Association, was a Student Bar Association Class Representative, and a Pre-Trial CALI award recipient. Andre’ also clerked for a well-known national law firm, where he had the opportunity to work directly under a former Georgia Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge.
