There are 10 Heart Pieces in the Great Bay area. You'll need the Scarecrow's Song which you can get by playing any random 8-note song (that you can remember) to the Stylin' Scarecrow in either the Trading Post in West Clock Town or the Astral Observatory.

Pirates' Fortress:
#1 (0:00): Pound the switch on the ground as Goron Link to open the tunnel under the water and head through until you reach the Piece of Heart in a cage. On the 2nd floor of this area is a switch hidden by barrels. Step on the switch and hurry down to the cage before the door closes.

Greay Bay Coast:
#2 (2:42): For this one you'll need a Magic Bean and the Scarecrow's Song which you can see how to get in the video linked below. To the right of the entrance into the Pirates' Fortress is an area with pillars that you can Hookshot to. After the last pillar, plant a Magic Bean and poor water on it or play the Song of Storms. Ride the resulting leaf over to another platform and play the Scarecrow's Song. Finally, use the Hookshot on the Scarecrow to reach the Piece of Heart.

#3 (4:15): Inside the Marine Research Lab is a tank with two fish in it. Climb on top and drop bottled fish into the tank to feed them. When one of the tank fish eat fishes, it will eat the other tank fish and then spit out the Piece of Heart. You'll need between 4 and 7 bottled fish to feed them. The best place to catch fish is the back part of Zora Hall Coast near Waterfall Rapids. Specifically, at the end of the water that is connected to the ocean, not in the basin where the Like Like is.

#4 (5:49): Get the seahorse from the fisherman by trading him a picture of a Gerudo Pirate (which you can do while Gyorg is alive). Then take the seahorse to Pinnacle Rock and let it out so that it can lead you over to the Deep Python infested area. Kill all 8 Pythons and you'll get the Piece of Heart when the seahorses reunite.

#5 (9:53): Use the Captain's Hat to talk to the Stalchildren inside the Oceanside Spider House. They'll tell you in which order to shoot the colored masks in the room with the 4 Stalchildren. While the order is random, it will never change. When you shoot them in the proper order, the fireplace opens up leading to a chest with the Heart Piece inside. Alternatively, you can just shoot the masks randomly and find the proper order that way.

Zora Hall Coast:
#6 (12:46): Hookshot your way into Waterfall Rapids and race the Beavers. You'll have to race each beaver twice, once each for an Empty Bottle or 20 rupees if you've already gotten it and then once more for the Piece of Heart. The exact route of the race changes slightly depending on what day it is.

#7 (17:38): At the back end of the beach in Zora Hall Coast and underneath the entrance to Waterfall Rapids is a large waterfall leading into a big basin. At the bottom of the basin is a Like Like which you need to kill to uncover the Heart Piece.

Zora Hall:
#8 (18:10): While wearing the Zora Mask, talk to the Zora kneeling down in front of the door to Lulu's room. When he runs away, enter the room and talk to the Business Scrub as Goron Link and give him the Mountain Title Deed. Then use the Deku Flower to reach the Piece of Heart.

#9 (19:27): With Gyorg still alive, talk to the Zora standing outside Evan's room while wearing the Zora Mask and go in. Then, while not wearing the Zora mask, stand near Evan and play the following:

You are supposed to first read Mikau's diary and then use the notes found in the diary to jam with Japas. The song you two play together is what you play for Evan, but you can bypass all of that and just play it to Evan directly.

Great Bay Coast (Gyorg Defeated):
#10 (21:06): To the right of the beach in Great Bay Coast is a bit of land with a boat at the end. Ride the boat until you get near enough to the island with the tree that you can Hookshot over to it. Then jump over to the middle island to play the game. I prefer to use the Bunny Hood while doing this because you jump better, but you might prefer it without. You need to get a score of 20 by jumping over to the islands with a lit torch. I recommend standing still after you get 20 so you don't risk falling off and losing.
