Typhoon Low Approach blasting out one reheat, BRING THE NOISE!
We were at Runway 07 at RAF Coningsby and on approach was ZJ950 and we were at a safe distance from the approach lights. For the safety of your ears and possibly life, please DO NOT stand at the red and white fencing when 07 is in use. It is loud enough from where we were but, should the pilot get the landing wrong by a few feet, it could be the end of your trip. Also, you are more than likely going to be moved on by the RAF Police.
