If you have collected all of the Mini Medals up through this area, then you can head over to the Maulosseum and speak with the Mini vendor (35:35) who will give you a Liquid Metalslime and a King Metal Slime.
When you are ready, you can either continue on to the next dungeon, or synthesize some more S rank monsters. As you'd expect, I choose the latter, of course.
