TREK Rail 9.7 with BOSCH Gen 4 motor - screeching and cracking noise even worse after being in the shop for service
Super frustrated - not going to lie.
Spent well north of $8k on TREK bicycle and then having to deal with this after a year with some weekend rides.
BTW: this bike developed the screeching noise after some time. I’ve owned another RAIL 9.7 that got stolen a year ago, and it had this noise sporadically out of the gate.
Is this a common TREK Rail series eMTB or BOSCH Gen 4 motor issue?
