You would think that it would be difficult to find a vegetarian restaurant in Manila, but the Philippines is a progressive city that is quick to catch on to the worlds trends. We found two vegetarian restaurants while staying in Manila. One was called Live Life (in Makati), and the other was the one in this video. The things they can do with Seitan these days to make us meat eaters appreciate vegetarian dishes is amazing! I only sampled a few of the dishes at each restaurant, but wasn't too disappointed with any of the selections I made. So if ever you're in Manila, and are a vegetarian, there are some options for you...You just have to go out and find them!
