A culinary marvel hailing from the vibrant city of Lucknow, is a treat for the taste buds. To prepare this delightful dish, a dough is made using all-purpose flour, ghee, and a pinch of salt. After resting, the dough is divided into balls, rolled into thin discs, and brushed with ghee. These discs are then folded into semi-circles and rolled into triangles.

Cooking begins on a tawa until golden brown, and then the paratha is grilled over an open flame, lending it a delightful charred texture. Served hot, the Lucknow Grilled Paratha pairs perfectly with various curries and chutneys, leaving a lasting impression of its exquisite flavours and traditional heritage.
