We want to make sure that everyone is able to access their healthcare with as much ease as possible, and that digital should be available for everyone. Sometimes you don't have a family member to teach you, or you've never had a smart device before. Learning to use apps doesn't have to be scary! We have a quick 5 minute guide to downloading and signing up for the NHS App.
- The process will take 5-10 minutes, but don't worry if it takes longer.
- You may choose to watch the video all the way through first
- Take your time, read all of the screens carefully
- Don't be afraid to pause the video and follow each step individually.
We will be adding more videos in the coming weeks to assist with downloading the NHS Covid-19 App, accessing the NHS App desktop site, and a BSL version of the NHS App installation instructions.
