Delhi's got more than 90% of its entire September quota of rain on the first day itself. In some parts of the city residents had to resort to boats as a means of transportation. Traffic snarls clogged up major arterial roads of the national capital. It's the highest single-day rainfall for the city in 12 years. With IMD issuing an orange alert for the national capital, residents will have to brace for impact.
