Kindness is a habit, like anything else. It's a habit you can start and keep up. You can do it even when it feels hard, even when you don't feel like it. Even if someone else doesn't seem to notice or appreciate it, kindness is worth doing because you're kind of amazing and deserve to be treated well by the people around you!
