The army has instituted a court of inquiry in the unprecedented November 2 incident in Bomdila where truck load of heavily armed troopers belonging to the Second Arunachal Scouts had threatened local policemen including the Superintendent of Police over an incident involving two soldiers of the unit.
Meanwhile, according to Arunachal police officials, the case has been transferred to a Special Investigation Team.
