Kabale chief magistrate court has adjourned the hearing of criminal case against Rtd. Col. Dr Kizza Besigye to 26th Sept. 2016.
Besigye together with the Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago, and
Mubaraka Munyagwa the Kawempe south MP are accused of
inciting violence, injuring police officers on lawful duty and the
destruction of three police vehicles.
Others accused alongside them include FDC secretary for mobilization
Ms Ingrid Turinawe, Rukungiri municipality MP Roland Mugume Kaginda and Democratic Party’s Imam Makumbi.
