But BMW has won its second Luxury Car trophy after a gap of 8 years! The latest 8th generation 5 Series has done it for the Bavarian brand. The car is offered for the first time as an electric too, and stayed only just ahead of the staunch market rival - the 6th generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
