Riva and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing celebrated the completion of Fort Lauderdale’s newest luxury waterfront condominium by hosting a grand opening party attended by more than 400 VIP guests, including a who’s who of luxury real estate movers and shakers, Riva residents and city officials, on Thursday, June 7.

A highlight of the night was rubbing elbows with two extraordinarily talented celebrities. Michelle Bernstein, a James Beard Foundation award-winning chef, best-selling author and television personality catered the soirée and captivated guests with a live cooking demonstration, preparing one of her signature dishes in Riva’s ‘Cucina,’ a two-story, one-of-a-kind, private owners’ lounge. Miami’s hometown hero, international music sensation and entrepreneur, DJ Irie, the official DJ of the Miami HEAT and the go-to entertainer of the stars, mesmerized the crowd with his signature style and irresistible dance grooves.
