**When I discuss Jaclyn's education, I am referring to the fact that Marlena sounds like she has an accredited business degree, which gives her an advantage. I do not think Jaclyn is stupid in the least, and would rarely if ever condone asserting that about other women. Beautiful, young-looking women deal with enough of that type of misogyny already.
***I didn't mention it in the video, but I think that Marlena "showing" Jaclyn her suppliers might have been a calculated action or statement. She seems more than capable enough to be playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers. If these were already well known suppliers that Morphe used, then making this statement would be a fantastic way to blacklist Jaclyn and for Marlena to gain a sympathy card with her viewers and customers. Big businesses often get to their level of success by being political, and when I say political, I really mean skeezy and unethical.
****I can't believe I didn't mention this in the video, but yes, I am aware that Marlena's business closed permanently over covid, along with countless other businesses. I think it is wrong of her to say that Jaclyn's collab, that she did not even formally agree to, was even partially responsible for this.
