2 TBSP GREEK YOGURT
1 TBSP TOMATO PUREE
1 TBSP ENGLISH MUSTARD
1 TBSP KASOORI METHI
2 KASHMIRI CHILLI (THIS CHILLI IS FOR COLOUR & FLAVOUR NOT FOR HEAT)
2 TBSP PAPRIKA
1 JUICE OF LEMON
1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER - USE ONE TBSP OF FRESH GARLIC PASTE IF YOU WISH
4 TBSP OLIVE OIL - YOU MAY USE MUSTARD OIL FOR AUTHENTICITY OR VEGETABLE OIL AS ITS NEUTRAL!
GRILL THE CHICKEN 4-5 MINUTES A SIDE AND ENJOY!!!
GREEN CHUTNEY:
2 GARLIC CLOVE
4 GREEN CHILLI
1 HAND-FULL FRESH CORIANDER
JUICE OF 1/2 LEMON
1/2 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP SUGAR
2 TBSP GREEK YOGURT
