This year, Foam and Pakhuis de Zwijger join forces around the exhibition Foam Talent 2020. Through a series of three livecasts, we will go into conversation with six upcoming artists. The conversation is moderated by Nadine Ridder, creative strategist, author, founder weareallactivists.com and co-founder IncludeNow.
EPISODE 3: EVERY WOMAN IS A STAR - STEREOTYPES IN CULTURE AND GENDER
In the final conversation of the series, we invite Foam Talent Adji Dieye (1991, Senegal/Italy) and Kamonlak Sukchai (1994, Thailand) to discuss the topics that inform their work through the lenses of feminism and postcolonial critic. The conversation was also be joined by curator, writer, research and community programmer Rita Ouédraogo, who's work is informed by her interest in African diaspora, decolonizing institutions, institutional racism, popular culture and social issues.
