Steve and his friends booked 3 consecutive fishing trips with me aboard the 37' Freeman Boatworks "Broad Minded". The first day was a hot bite of swordfish and we went 4 for 5. The next day we got into some late season mahi, a few blackfin tuna, and a nice tripletail. That night at home I cooked a fresh piece of mahi on the Traeger 780 pro grill with some Tuscan Herb olive oil and black truffle sea salt that I got from our local island store "Olive Morada". On our third and final day of fishing we had nice weather but it was our slowest fishing. We did release one small swordfish mid day and right at the end of the day we caught a big cow mahi! A great way to end the trip!
