PQD Connie Nshemereirwe shares the goals for 2022 / 2023 and how her office will support the District achieve to Be the BEST.

Our goal, as District 114, this year is to Be The BEST. Building, Empowering and Supporting others at Toastmasters is written in our DNA. Right from the club mission through to the Toastmasters International mission.

The PQD office will support the achievement of these goals through the following 4 tasks:
1. Well attended Officer Training
2. Monitoring Distinguished Club Program
3. Pathways Sign Up Support
4. Speech Contest and TEACON Support
