It looks like iOS 13 has been parked and that we will not see it again before it will return as a GM after the event on September 10th. But for now we can play around with iOS 13 Beta 2 which was released today just about a week after the release of Beta 1. It will be exciting to see if more apps has been updated to the new faster loading Appstore format, and also to see if overall UI smoothness is still as good as it has been with previous betas.
