Dough:
200 grams quark (or smooth ricotta or cream cheese....if you use cream cheese, you should thin it with a bit of milk or cream; about 2 tablespoons)
1/8 liter milk
1/8 liter oil (I use canola)
100 grams sugar
pinch of salt
400 grams flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
fruit:
40 plums (preferably the blue/italian ones but any type can be used)
** can also substitute easily with apples -- see my apple streusel video
crumble (streusel):
300 grams flour
150 grams sugar
1 package vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon vanilla)
large pinch of cinnamon
200-250 grams butter (until the correct consistency is reached)
bake at 350 (25-40 minutes)
** in my oven it took 43 minutes (middle rack)
