The magical world of Lapland UK is located in Whitmoor Forest, Ascot, Berkshire, England. This Christmas location brings visitors into a festive woodland setting, just a short distance from London.

Upon arrival in The Glade, Eeko and Sage greet the guests, explaining that Father Christmas has chosen them for a special journey. The elves share stories of nature and harmony with the forest, teaching visitors about the delicate balance of the natural world and their connection to it.

As guests prepare to enter Lapland, they help Eeko and Sage recite the special rhyme to unlock the door. Wiggle your fingers, squash your nose, and think your most magical Christmas thoughts! With each guest's joyful wish, the doorway begins to open, revealing the snow-covered path to Lapland, where the journey to meet Father Christmas continues.

The LaplandUK Experience: What to Expect on Your Visit

The Invitation
The adventure begins before arrival, with a personalized invitation for your child, or “Small Folk,” from Father Christmas himself.

The Portal
Upon arrival, you’re greeted by the mystical Portal in the forest, where the Woodland Elves eagerly await. This initial gateway, introduced by the reporter elf Grapevine, serves as the doorway to Lapland and a captivating introduction to the journey.

Check-In and Elven Passport
The Travel Master and Porter Elves meet families here, guiding everyone through the forest paths. Each child receives a special Elven passport that grants them access to the secret pathways

The Glade
Before entering Lapland, children encounter Eeko and Sage, the elves who guard the doorway. They teach children a magical rhyme needed to unlock the door to Lapland

The Toy Factory
Inside the Toy Factory, the elves Whittle, Conker, and Wish welcome Small Folk to help them create toys.

Mother Christmas’ Kitchen
The smell of gingerbread fills the air as children decorate gingerbread treats, then settle in for storytime with Mother Christmas.

The Elven Village
In the heart of Lapland, the Elven Village is alive with festive excitement.

The Reindeer Pen
Families visit Father Christmas’s reindeer in a peaceful area where they rest before their big journey.

Ambolt’s Forge
Next, visitors meet Ambolt the Elfsmith and his apprentice, Tinker. Here, the elves prepare Father Christmas’s sleigh, ensuring it’s in perfect condition for the Christmas journey.

The Compass Lobby
At the Compass Lobby, an elf is hard at work mapping Father Christmas’s flight path for Christmas Eve.

Meeting Father Christmas
The experience culminates in a visit to Father Christmas’s snowy woodland home. Each child is delighted to find that Father Christmas knows them by name and is aware of their accomplishments and wishes.
