Broom 35 European Motor Cruiser (1978). 2x Ford Mercraft 120 hp 6.2 litre diesels. 6 berths in 2 en-suite cabins and saloon. Full galley, hot/cold water. Webasto cabin heating. Bow thruster. Electric anchor windlass. Flybridge enclosure (2022). Note:-Price reduced as boat needs some work (principally fuel tank leaks, fore and aft deck localised delamination, some osmotic blistering). ENGINES:

2x Ford Mercraft 120 hp 6.2 litre diesels (3484hrs), shaft drive to propellors. Bow thruster. 3x batteries, alternator charged. Shorepower connected with shorepower battery charging.

CABIN DETAILS:

The cabins are warmed by a Webasto diesel heating system. The forecabin/ dinette has a double berth and there is also a private heads compartment with shower to port. The galley is to starboard and has a two burner Techimpex gas stove with oven and grill, twin stainless steel sinks with hot/ cold pressurised water, worktops and plenty of locker storage. The generous saloon has 'L' shaped seating to starboard which converts to a double berth. The helm is to port. The aft cabin gives a good sized double berth and also benefits from an en-suite heads compartment. Steps lead up from the saloon to the flybridge which has recently had a new canvas enclosure. The flybridge helm is to port with seating to starboard.

Anchor with chain on bow. Electric anchor windlass. Davits. Stainless steel guard rails. Full flybridge canopy. Swim platform. Boarding ladder. Fenders and warps.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:

Steering compass. Full engine instrumentation at both helm positions. Garmin 12XL GPS. Seafarer 701 and Seafarer 3 echosounders. Neco NM692 wheel pilot. Navico RT6500S VHF radio. Audio player. Navigation lights.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:

Clock and barometer. Bilge pumps (electric and manual). Horn.
