I spent a good chunk of the summer doing for hire sound work in various outdoor applications. I had had enough of lugging around my old passive, wood enclosure 15s that weighed a ton. Enter the Eon 700 series! They are light, and get loud and sound pretty darn great thanks to the onboard DSP. There are some gripes, but it's mostly a positive experience so far.
