Ford is making some exciting updates to the 2025 Mustang Mach-E, starting with a more affordable price. The entry-level model will now start at $36,495, which is $3,500 less than the 2024 Mustang Mach-E Select. However, that does not include the $1,995 destination charge. The new model will go on sale early next year, offering buyers more for less.
In addition to the price drop, Ford has introduced some notable upgrades. The 2025 Mustang Mach-E will now come standard with a heat pump, which is especially useful for improving efficiency in colder weather. Another change is the removal of the rotary dial gear selector in favor of a column-mounted shifter, creating additional space between the front seats, making the interior feel even more open.
For those looking for extra style, the Premium trim now offers the new Sport Appearance Package. This package borrows design elements from the GT model, including the front fascia, grille, and red-painted front Brembo brake calipers. The look is completed with 19-inch monochromatic high-gloss black wheels and matching black body cladding. Inside, the package adds red stitching and sport pedals, with ventilated front seats now standard on this trim.
Another exciting update is the introduction of the latest BlueCruise 1.5, Ford’s driver assistance technology. This system includes a new Automatic Lane Change feature, which can handle up to 45 percent of lane changes typically initiated by drivers. Customers can opt for a one-year plan or a one-time purchase to access BlueCruise.
Three new exterior colors—Molten Magenta Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, Velocity Blue Metallic, and Desert Sand—will also be available for the 2025 model year. Ford will continue to offer the GT Performance Upgrade either as a factory option or through the FordPass app.
With these updates, the Mustang Mach-E is shaping up to be even more appealing in 2025.
