You can find great snorkeling 10 minutes from where the tender boats from your cruise ship drop you off in George Town, Grand Cayman.

Head to the Eden Rock Diving Center. You'll see fish and coral immediately as you enter the water. Swim further out for a massive snorkeling area with lots of coral and fish.
